Eastside Luxury

I just purchased my first home in July 2005 and Chris made the process wonderful. When we met for the first time he was so prepared and organized. I was most impressed with the "Journey Book". It helped me get familiar with the many, many forms that would be completed during the road to home ownership and it gave me a place to keep track of all the information for all the different properties that I looked at. The best part was actually finding my current home. Chris picked up on what I wanted very quickly and didn't waste time showing me locations that didn't fit my profile. I've been in my place for 6 months now and Chris still checks with me from...

Chris is very, very, VERY good at what he does. If you are looking for a realtor, look no further.

Selling a home is certainly a stressful experience for anyone, but Chris Alexander and (his team) made it so much easier! Chris was helpful, supportive, and went out of his way to make it a better experience. We sold our house in only four weeks, and the entire transaction went so smoothly! I would recommend Chris (and his team) to anyone looking for a realtor with integrity, strong industry knowledge, and a great positive attitude!!
