Although my mother had several real estate agents come to see her house before selecting one, it wasn’t a difficult decision to make. He took bag after bag of shredded documents and other papers to the recyclers for my mom, and his wife made dozens of calls on my mom's behalf to get recommendations on people who do estate sales (confirming that the one we had found online was the best one to hire). After the house was in escrow and my mother had moved out, Chris watered the plants in the yard to keep things looking nice, just in case the house had to be listed again. He (and his wife) were helpful in so many ways, and we are forever grateful.
